Once work begins, the service is considered delivered in progress.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The client requests cancellation before analysis work has started.
• Duplicate payment was made due to technical error.

If analysis has not begun, a refund may be issued after deducting payment gateway processing fees (if applicable).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Analysis has already commenced.
• A report has been delivered (partial or full).
• The client changes their purchase decision after receiving advisory insights.
• The client is dissatisfied with the outcome of their property investment.
• Delay occurs due to incomplete document submission from the client.

ConcreteTruths provides advisory opinions, not guaranteed outcomes.

• You may request clarification within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be granted based on disagreement with professional opinion.
