ConcreteTruths provides customized engineering analysis services. Due to the professional and time-based nature of our work, refunds are governed by the following terms.
1. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The request is cancelled before analysis work begins
- Duplicate payment was made due to technical error
Approved refunds will be processed after deduction of payment gateway charges.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Analysis has started
- A report (partial or full) has been delivered
- The client is dissatisfied with the outcome of their property decision
- Delay occurs due to incomplete document submission by the client
3. Service Clarifications
Clients may request clarification within 3 days of report delivery if something is unclear within the service scope.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
